Epic have just released a new massive city asset for Unreal Engine developers, the Downtown West Modular Pack. Earlier this month the Epic Monthly Giveaway didn’t contain a “permanently free” asset for the first time since the program started and today’s release is most likely why. The Downtown West Modular Pack is now available in the marketplace free forever. As this asset was released directly by Epic, it is only permissible to use the contents with Unreal Engine.
